Our Mission

We strive to create compassionate and individualized care tailored just for you, supported by our education, experience and evidence-based practices. We want each of our patients to feel comfortable expressing their needs, wants and desires, and we always want you to feel heard and never rushed.

Replete Med Spa is owned and operated by Rubin Green, MD and Tenesha Green, PA-C, partners in life and in business. That combination means the utmost care and attention goes into every part of the practice, from the treatment room to how the schedule is run.

Dr. Green's dream of opening a medical spa began while he was a medical student rotating in New York. It became reality once he completed his residency in Detroit, Michigan and became an Attending physician in Washington State. Tenesha brings over a decade of Emergency Medicine experience and formal training in aesthetics from Wyoming, Los Angeles, Scottsdale, Las Vegas and Seattle to every injection she performs.

Medical Director

Our Medical Director has worked in Emergency Medicine for six years and began his interest in aesthetics when he dreamt of opening a medical spa while a medical student rotating in New York. His dream became reality when he became an Attending in Washington State. As our medical director, he has been involved in all aspects of Replete Med Spa's launch and continues to oversee every treatment plan. Dr. Green completed his residency program in Detroit, Michigan at Sinai Grace Hospital.

Tenesha Green, MCHS, PA-C

Lead Injector

Our lead injector has been working in Emergency Medicine for over ten years. She completed her undergraduate degree and her masters at the University of Washington. Her elective in school was dermatology, and in 2018 she was first exposed to the world of aesthetics. After completing her PA program, she found her most fulfilling work was her attention to detail for laceration repairs and educating patients on how to care for their skin. She has since trained in Wyoming, Los Angeles, Scottsdale, Las Vegas and Seattle in medical aesthetics.

Our cancellation policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change. To make sure we can accommodate every patient, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time incur a $50 fee, which helps cover the preparation and reservation of your appointment slot.
